Our Mission

Siskiyou Outdoor Recreation Alliance creates opportunities for all people to access sustainable outdoor recreation, enhancing connections to the natural environment while promoting year-round adventure, community resiliency, and health – sustaining a vibrant, gateway community that values stewardship in the north state region of California.

SORA has created & begun work on funding an initial $1 million endowment fund to further the SORA mission of inspiring community health as well as to honor community enhancement.
