SORA at the Mt. Shasta Farmers' Market

If you visited the Mt. Shasta Farmers’ Market on Monday, you might have seen Mandy (Nordic Center Director) and Bryson (Siskiyou Stewardship Corps Director) at the SORA booth! SORA was invited to be the highlighted non-profit of the week by JEDI, who hosts the Farmers’ Market each Monday.

SORA will be visiting the Farmers’ Market again this fall! Until then, you can explore the market each Monday from 3:30-6:00pm.

About the Mt. Shasta Farmers’ Market

The Mt. Shasta Farmers’ Market is an ag-centric certified farmers’ market featuring fresh produce, meats, flowers, herbs, high altitude heirloom plant starts, mushrooms, honey, and eggs grown in the Siskiyou region and offered directly from the growers. Also available at the market are locally prepared foods including artisan breads, spring rolls, sauerkraut, and more. We proudly feature a selection of hand-crafted artisan wares and live entertainment each week. Presentations for adults and children happen periodically onsite. We are proud to be a “founding member” of the California Alliance of Farmers Markets.
