The annual 4th of July Run/Walk in Mount Shasta, California, supports our local economy by attracting thousands of participants each year who use our tourist amenities such as hotels, restaurants, and stores. Proceeds from the event fund beautification projects in downtown Mount Shasta and support programs that promote community health and fitness throughout Siskiyou County. As a fundraising event, the financial support of local businesses is important in accomplishing these goals.
