January - March 2021: Steering committee planning April 2021: Finalize project proposal May 2021: Project outreach & funding Solicitation June 2020: Partnership agreements finalized, hire staff July 2020: Staff training & pubic education/outreach starts
PHASE II:
2022 March 2022: Finalize funding to hire a second seasonal crew member April 2022: Fly second crew member position May 2022: Hire & train second crew member June 2022: Implement trail maintenance component of the project. Run the complete program with public education and trail maintenance components.
